[IMG] The object being to look like he just stepped off the "Barbarella" set
[IMG] OK, so it makes me crosseyed, but I get great reception!
[IMG] The Ikarian Ambassador's tailor costumed a whole bunch of people that night
[IMG]And some of them were definitely a fringe element.
The lovely lady's face has been digitally disguised to hide the fact that the photographer was almost totally incompetent...
